Topic: Who and when made this Ekenas Vase?

I would be very grateful if anyone help me pin down the date and designer of this Ekenas Vase. The etched base says “Ekenas Sweden L936” but I have been unable to find any references to this. Does anyone have any ideas?

hi Jonas, thanks for your reply. Im sure you are correct. However all my other lake Ekenas pieces have his name included on the base. This one does not . Do you know if there is a time when he started doing this? I noticed too that all the Serial Numbers are in the 1000s. This one is 936. Is that significant?
