Not VSL Luxval, so what is it?
« on: June 13, 2019, 11:11:17 AM »
Another ID request for my expert friends here.

These three vases are widely assumed to be VSL luxval, but I've never seen them in the pattern books?!
One has been attributed to Pavillons. but the attribution not verified.
On the market (when you tell them it's probably not Luxval) they suggest Scailmont.

Does anybody know the correct ID for (any of) these three?

(I'll post info about the marks etc if it helps, but there's a lot of detail that probably isn't helpful to the main question)

The amethyste one is definitely Luxval, nr 92 from the catalogue, the amber vase on the left is vase Benoit.

I haven't got all my documentation handy but what I have here on my tablet is just the version like your vase.

Thanks Anne, I obviously need to find more comprehensive documentation about Luxval models (and names).
