Mdina vase
« on: July 02, 2019, 10:12:50 PM »
Bought this vase recently as the colour and pattern of the glass caught my eye.
I would like to know if this pattern has a name and the approximate years of manufacture.
The vase is 137mm high
Thanks in advance,
Tim

It's called "Crystal Blue Stripe".
It is a Michael Harris design and one that has been in production since he came up with it when he was at Mdina. It's one of his original standards that has been a mainstay of the company.  :)
I don't know if Michael Harris came up with the name. That might have been a later addition.
