Here we have a very attractive water jug in a lovely tone of blue it very much
leads me to think it is of Scandinavian origins similar to Holmegaard maybe
the weight is good and the finish is quality very nicely polished pontil scar to the base
also the handle shape is nice square and the body shape is unusual too all in all a
pleasing water jug :) hoping someone may recognize the design...Thank you :D

For some reason I'd have been more inclined to think Poland.  See this one for example:
