I bought this because it was very similar to a cobra I have

perfect condition for such a delicate little piece

5 high x 3 deep x 1,5 wide inches

He's lampwork and that has been and is made world over because it only requires some glass rods, some tools and a very hot flame; no special facilities. Nigh on impossible to ID
