luckily my new favorite lamp does not need a shade

I bought this for a song near the Swiss border only because it looked cool

later with help from posters here and elsewhere, I learnt it is the largest model of:

a Bonn pendant lamp by Wilhelm Wagenfeld for Peill & Putzler, 1952 Germany  ;D

[Mod: Jon, please try to keep posts tidy in terms of the thread topic. It would have been better to simply refer to your thead about the "pendant lamp" with a URL ( https://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,68649.msg381935.html#msg381935 ) rather than duplicate details and images.]

Jon: With you on this, a great improvement and shade with real pizzaz but still not perfect.

Top lamp and hope it makes you a good profit.
Clean and Crisp a Murano twist.
Archimede tops my list.
