Bohemia Glass Dish made in Czech
vintagerose:
Thank you everyone so much. Please don't take it for granted that everyone knows that because it has a sticker it's new. I am just learning. I have several old pieces of other glass with sticker's. This is my first piece of Czech.
Please be patient with me, as I am trying but don't have 20 years under my belt.
However if you need a good strudel receipe, then I'm your contact :D

Now now, stay on topic please or it'll be off to the cafe for your strudel.
Vintagerose, can I ask for a closeup of your label on this piece please? We have a label in yellow which looks similar but I don't think we have a blue example in the Labels Gallery so it would be a very useful addition. Many thanks. :)
Ivo, you said you consider this could be a posy holder - I'm not convinced it would work as such as the sides are too shallow to hold any water in - surely a prerequisite for a posy holder?
I'm also puzzled as to what use they'd be for bananas really... they are a very impractical shape in my personal opinion! Where did these originate, does anyone know?
