Id help needed please

Hi,
I think this vase is a Murano beaked vase? Could anyone confirm if i am correct or not please? It is an aubergine colour with a clear/bluey casing. It is 17cm high. Would also appreciate it if anyone knows roughly when it was made too please? Thank you very much.
