I've seen a few Beranek labelled pieces which look similar and are signed Kolbabeck. I can't seem to get the link to work, although Google should throw up a few examples to compare.

This was shown on the Beranek website in 2007, their list of designers at the time includes a Radek Kolbábek which seems to be the person referred to in the eBay listing Greg posted above.
