texture of surface on a Mandruzzato somerso vase
« on: September 29, 2019, 06:35:46 PM »
can someone please tell me what they call this sort of "stucco" like texture on a somerso vase surface?

I see tons of somerso pieces floating around here in Italy

today I purchased (along with 15 pieces of assorted lighting ;-)  what is supposedly a "set" as I really liked the colours and thought the design was rather unique

many many photos of pieces of glass to share here, just been busy with work after my summer holiday ended

That texture is fairly recognisable as Mandruzzato. But you got there yourself. ;D
(This is one of the very few things I do know about Murano.)
