visit to the island of Murano today
« on: October 30, 2019, 07:20:36 PM »
for 8 hours straight I toured the shops, museum and furnaces

I saw some insane glass designs, just wild pieces

many with eye-watering price tags  ;D

my favorite shops were probably Archimede Seguso + Venini but there were several smaller name operations that had some fabulous designs

I have visited Venice before but never Murano, really learned alot

a few weeks ago I toured the glass shops in Mdina and Gozo, so an interesting comparison
