Another Israeli maker of lightweight surface decorated pieces, I think, is Hebron.
I'm afraid I don't know what Lafiore bases and any residual marks there, look like.
I have done quite a big search of Lafiore, and did not find anything with this exact sort of multicoloured finish - it was all a bit more even.
I do agree that this is fairly recent. :)
Cheers, Sue M. (she/her)

when I surched for Schindler I often got Schindler Hebron. Hebron is a town in Isarael, so I think both belong together. I will take a photo of mine, I think the surface fits quite good, and I bought one in the 80th and the other one must be from the seventieth. Schindlers designs now are different, but I think we are on the right track.
the bottom of the vase which has to be identified looks different , I think may be this was sand blasted and then covered with this Schindler type of surface.
Mine are so light that one got damaged by falling alone, since that time both are filled half with sand.
