Topic: Vase with applied decoration id.

This vase is 12" (30 cm) high with a base diameter of 3.5" (9 cm). The top is cut or ground at an angle. The top and bottom are ground and polished and very finely finished. The bottom shows some wear from use. Every time I handle this vase I am struck by how fine the workmanship is, so think it must be from a serious glass house and not just florist ware, etc. Any suggestions on identifying the maker would be appreciated.
