I think you could be right.  Labelled example here, although a different shape to yours it does show that there are no bubbles extending into the clear layer, which was the characteristic of yours I was having trouble matching.  Useful reminder to check this company for unidentified possible Scandinavian pieces, as I had forgotten all about them!  Might have solved John's too.

Lol......John beat me to it.  I have been looking at more labelled examples, and noticed that there are more pulled bubbles in the top half of them.
