Small Blue Hooped Glass vase Aseda?Riihimaki? etc???

Go this yesterday and thought might be worth showing as this type of
glassware seems to be right under the scope at present maybe somebody
can attribute it :) Seems really well put together maybe modern think i have
seen it before and its small size reminds me of  Aseda pieces ive owned before
any ideas thank you :) 6.5" tall x 1 3/4" wide..

20th century glass a great website has a reference section and in it under
Scandinavian hooped vases there is an identical example but different color
they have stated it as designer unknown so i guess the chase may end there
lol for a while anyway until it turns up with a label sadly :)

I think these are German, possibly Hirschberg or Friedrich. I saw a labelled one on the web but I just cannot find it again.
