Amethyst Bubble Glass Bowl vase Tibetan Knot Motif
« on: March 06, 2020, 10:37:37 AM »
I can't find this anywhere. A bowl-shaped Vase with a distinctive applied button displaying an endless knot. The knot can be called Tibetan or Buddhist but not Celtic as I understand it and is 3” in diameter. This amethyst, bubble glass bowl-shaped vase is 8” / 20 cm tall with a rim diameter of 6” / 15 cm. The base was blown slightly concave and the pontil mark is deeply ground out. any thoughts clues greatly appreciated.

The body of the glass itself looks rather like BIOT, and they did put prunts on things.  :)
