This one has the insulator type shape but otherwise appears to match. It also is chipped all around the inside edge but just below the level of that base ring, very odd as the ring itself is barely affected. Something to do with the way it was pressed maybe? It does not look much like wear. Diameter bang on 3¼ inches.
