Interesting (more recent?) version of this striped effect here - vase labelled Krosno Jozefina Made in Poland black label and gold writing.  Vase has a firepolished rim and an opaline bright blue interior with green stripes on the exterior (not on a mottled ground) and a clear applied foot:
