ID HELP Intaglio cutting?

17cm high, 19cm diameter, polished pontil, cut with what I take to be water lilies, and water nymphs.  Very thin layer of streaky brown over clear glass.  The cutting has gone through the brown in places to show the clear underneath.  Bought 4 years ago in a Paris flea market by previous owner
