Nachtmann use of Marc Aurel dates
« on: July 19, 2020, 07:47:33 PM »
I have a pair of these covered candy dishes with the Marc Aurel label. They are 7 1/2 inches tall. I am having a terrible time finding any other examples online to date and value these. Does anyone know when Nachtmann started using the Marc Aurel label? Also can anyone identify the date of these. I am running into a brick wall! Thank you!

Hi and welcome to the board.

The Marc Aurel brand doesn't seem to be well-documented, so all we really know is that it's a fantasy brand of Nachtmann but the history on Nachtmann's website doesn't mention it https://www.nachtmann.com/en/info/history/.  It might be worth dropping them an email to ask for information about the your pieces and the Marc Aurel brand https://www.nachtmann.com/en/b2b/contact/.
Cheers! Anne, da tekniqual wizzerd
