heavy glass vase or ????
« on: July 30, 2020, 09:36:02 AM »
these pieces of glass looked vaguely familiar but I have no clue what they are

I bought them in Sardegna because they were so heavy, nice looking and probably hand-made

if they were a vase, they could fit only fit a few flowers? I thought maybe these were pieces for some sort of chandelier?

anybody recognise what they are?

Hi, something like this perhaps:
https://vintageinfo.be/aldo-nason-1960s-av-mazzega-torpedo-chandelier/

Seems like quite a good website for lamps (I expect you’ve found it) but didn’t find my one, although I’ve not looked through the catalogues yet.

thanks for the suggestion, I know this website

I am sure this glass is not from Nason's Torpedo because I have a complete Nason lighting design called Tornado and the glass pieces are quite delicate on both designs

they might just simply be vases  ;D
