The pattern being called Villiers (where that originates from I would really like to know) is shown in Stuart Crystal Catalogue #51.  It seems to have come from 1938 if I am interpreting printers marks correctly.  They were still using the "curly T" at the end of the word Stuart.

At that time almost all patterns had no name - items were refered to by number.  This decanter and wine set is #25404.
