Possible Fratelli Pitau Rooster / Pheasant

Hi

I recently purchased this bird. I'm hoping it is Murano as there is no label or signature. The closest bird I have been able to discover are the roosters by Fratelli Pitau, which have the same "speckled" breast.  Can anyone help with identification?
The first pic is the bird I purchased which is 38cm tall, the second is an example of a Pitau rooster breast.
