Tall (40cms) multi-layered (cameo) signed glass

Hope everyone feels well and takes care.

Here is a tall (40 cms) multi-layer cameo vase.
It is signed (engraved on the base) but I am having a difficulty to identify the maker.
ANY hint or help will be mostly welcome and appreciated.
