Stourbridge Stevens and Williams? Opaline Vases.
« on: September 02, 2020, 02:11:26 PM »
I'll call these a "pair" of probably Stourbridge vases most likely by Stevens and Williams from 1880-1900. They have uranium opaline bodies and flowers which also have the same pattern as the leaves on the cranberry dish I posted recently. One has some chips but they were very cheap.

Think these are Bohemian, I'd have agreed with you a few years ago but the polished rims, the colouring and general finish are not like S&W's stuff, have some similar pieces.

Google .  Bolton and Mills as they could be a contender as they made similar to S&W

Thanks Keith and thewingedsphinx, I've just been reading that similar ones may be by Harrach or Boulton and Mills, I'll have to investigate.

I'm pretty confident they are Bohemian, not English

Yes Christine, after a bit of research so am I, so far the possibilities are Harrach or Kralik but there are probably others.
