Think this maybe Romanian, 1950s I think

Most of it is described as Murano and there is very little info out there. This is the best source we've found. https://www.allorigine.it/peste_de_sticla/ Your vase has the typical Romanian colours (all slightly dull) but one of the less usual forms.
