Help with identification please

Looking again at the Green Bowl the top is slightly wavy/uneven albeit not so much that your eye is directly drawn to it, but wavy/uneven all the same.  Would this have any bearing as to who the manufacturer is/was?  The Lynn attribution for this type of glass is because it is/was manufactured in the Kings Lynn or surrounding area by all accounts, would this give any indication as to who made it?
