I had always thought that a Choisy-le-roi catalogue number was assigned to just one design. Well, I have found the number 35 on two designs. That is a big surprise.

I have not handled the vase personally. The pictures were provided by an antiques dealer and are used with express permission on the Etling project site. But the number is quite clearly 35 on both pieces. Perhaps this is just an administrative error by the glassworks when making the moulds.
