Hand Painted Glass Light Shade

The opening at the front is 5.25” and at the top 3”. The scene features big and small windmills on a height overlooking the sea together with houses and out houses.
Any information appreciated.

Probably 1930's and I think a lot of these lampshades were French but I can't name a maker. Also possibly Czech.
