I think it's Bryce Brothers "Duquesne" aka "Wheat and Barley" pattern. This comes under EAPG/ Early American Pressed Glass and is probably from around 1900.

NevB is correct. To be a bit more precise. Originally produced ca. 1880s Bryce Bros. Reissued U.S. Glass co. [ conglomerate ] ca. 1891. Pitcher came in 2 sizes, 1 qt. milk and 1/2 gal. water.
