Art Glass (vase?) identification

Hello.
We bought this lovely piece new about 20 years ago. At the time it had a very helpful little sticker which identified it, but that has since faded. All I can make out is an A. It is signed as well, but we can't for the life of us work out what the name is. At least we don't get any hits when we google what we thought it could be. If you're familiar with the glass studio and signature it would really help to put us out of our misery.
