Rudolfova? Creamer, Sugar and Tray

I'm pretty sure this set is by the Rudolfova factory, certainly the 195mm.x100mm. tray matches the Sl/2489 pattern shown on P.50 of the pre-1958 catalogue. The creamer and bowl match the tray in design and colour but they are not in the catalogue. The creamer handle looks oddly oversized but it is because the creamer bowl is only 8.5cm.H x 5cm.W.
