If you took the photos then yes, you own the copyright to them. If it was me I would have asked the stall holder if they were happy for me to take the photos, a simple courtesy. Again if it was my stall I might be a bit twitchy about them being published but that is simply my own reticence...

No stall holder there unfortunatly,I do sometimes snap one off for research before buying if I’m uncertain..fair enough though I won ‘t post it,it’s just in the price area I don’t want too take a chance ?
