Chance glass
« on: April 11, 2021, 05:21:53 PM »
I have had time to unpack a few box's lately and came across this dish.
Just wondered what sort of era this came from. (looks kind of psychedelic).
Thanks,
Tim.

'70s. Made for sale in Boots at the time. That pattern is called Canterbury, and you have a pear shaped dish. Info from David Encill's site here.  :)

Thanks for the swift reply Sue, and the excellent link.
There were a few other chance trays in the box, i should be able to ID them on that site.

Yes Sue things have been a bit quite. Maybe when things open up there will be a few more enquiries.
