I've tried Humppila, Iittala, and Pukeberg and so far nothing that ticks all the boxes.  I think I'm all glassed out for tonight so off to have a donut and relax.  Thanks for getting me started anyway.

I have Smoke & Ice and Fire & Sea (as you know, I think). Your dish is not pictured in either. Nontheless, they are still excellent books IMHO.

I am sure that I have seen something similar, somewhere, and I will keep on looking back at sites that I have visited in the past.
