Silky Oil Spot Iridescent Three Footed Salt? Bowl Loetz? Kralik?
« on: September 16, 2021, 05:30:49 PM »
Wondered if anyone recognized the maker of this small bowl of 3.5" x 2 3/4"
i would think it maybe a Bohemian maker.  When i looked through my loop
i can see quite a bit of sooted areas in the decor and a seed on one side inside
the glass, little patch of wear on the tip of each foot so is not a modern piece from
my opinion anyway. The rim is cut on three sides. Striking colors thanks for looking..

Since last week I am not sure anymore when I see this oilspot glasware. I‘m just back from Passau Glasmuseum and nearly every glas factory made these type of glass. But yes I would think it is more Lötz than Kralik. The museum makes you crazy!
