Hi - welcome to the GMB :)         Sorry, not a clue as to maker or origin, and wondering if you've yet had a look at any of the screen sites that offer stemware for sale  -  for example Replacements.com can be useful as they list many makers and patterns, most with accompanying pix.         It can take a lot of trawling, but in the absence of someone recognizing this design, it may be the best suggestion  -  as you can imagine the world is up to the gunnels in a zillion different patterns of wine glasses.
