Glass measure for show.

Have seen many of these over the years but this is the first I've seen marked. Down Brothers London, after a quick google it was Down Bros & Phelps 1863, London makers of surgical instruments and graduated medicine glass ( thanks to the Science Museum ) small polished pontil mark and lots of wear, wonder what's been in it !
