Certainly top quality Continental glass with a British silver top.(Not plated but silver). The silver Hallmark on this piece is for Sheffield 1909. Not uncommon for Continental glass to have British silver hallmarked tops /collars so don't let that throw you off the Moser / Bohemian attribution
