Topic: Whitefriars coloured 9559 Vase "Leg 0f Lamb" for show

Bought in a charity shop last week was this Whitefriars 9559 Arctic blue vase from around 1960.

Height 9.75" and weighs 1460gm

I was not sure what it was at first but did not take long to ID.

nice find Roy - well done.           There doesn't look to be a decent picture in the big book, and I think there's only the one in Jackson  -  apart from the size, it does have some similarity to one or two of the 'swung' pieces from around the '60s, but of course it's shorter.
