Green Goddess Liqueur Glasses
« on: December 27, 2021, 03:45:24 PM »
These have been discussed on here before but mainly concerning the "Green Goddess" wine liqueur they refer to. The Art Deco style clear bowls and stems with green uranium feet make me think they are probably French, but I can't pinpoint a maker, although earlier Baccarat made a similar sherry glass No.1050.

Between them they have distinct T marks, what appear to be U gadget marks, hand finishing marks and all have safety rims. The logos are either stencilled enamel or transfer printed, I can't tell. It's difficult to tell the age because apparently the liqueur was most popular in the fifties but could have been produced as early as the thirties.
