Keith, Jeannette glass and others also made a similar pattern made up of elongated hexagons called "hex optic". I can't work out the scale of your piece.

If I could remember where I've put it I'd measure it    it's around 9 inches tall, I did wonder about Richardsons but will look into "hex optic"
