the improved picture of the base helps enormously, though pontil polishing mostly leaves scratches which appear to run mostly all in the same direction - but no matter, it solves my quandary about the pontil depression.            I also think that in picture three a slight yellow shade is noticeable just above the base area, which is a possible indication of the presence of selenium.
Coloured glass not my area, so will leave to m to continue. :)

Thanks Paul & M for your comments the base on the Filementosa is quite a large pontil scar
but as the vase is very small it has one of those strange four pronged central pontil scar marks
in the middle hard to explain but i reckon you know the ones.
Will keep updated on it if i get some more information on it thanks all for the great help.
 :)

I think the is a coincidental similarity in the rims - they're just both firepolished.
I don't think that similarity on it's own could indicate a maker.

Is the pulled trailed vase a recognised shape for a Webb Filamentosa?  I don't think I've heard of a Webb vase with a 4-pronged pontil mark.  Is that something they used?

The under-gilding enamel looks yellow to me, which put it's in the Bohemian camp for me
