I am having trouble identifying the Edinburg Crystal pattern shown (etching from highball glass.
Any help would be appreciated

I did that already with no results, spent hours looking.  thanks. I also contacted them and they stated that they didn't carry that pattern.

Have a look at the Glenshee pattern to see if it matches yours.
Introduced in 1968.

Thank you, yes the pattern is the same!  However the base & stem on mine are plain (see photo)

That information came from a small book called, The story of Edinburgh crystal by H.W. Woodward.
Surprising that Edinburgh crystal came up with nothing.
