Possible Blenko Decanter? Please help identify

Hi everyone

I’ve have recently been given this decanter and was told it was a possible Blenko piece.

Can anyone help in this regard?

Could it possibly be Scandinavian?

The colour is teal or sea green with mushroom style stopper.
