Anybody recognize this mystery mark?

Interesting...does anyone have Glasmarken Lexicon 1600 - 1945?

I wonder if it appears in there?

I have the Glasmarken Lexikon and I am fairly certain that neither the mark itself nor any reference to "Alnin" or "Alvin" (or anything similar) appear in the book.

If Blair's piece is also enamelled, the styllised palette would suggest a decorators' mark.

The marks shown appear on my monitor to  have been done in red paint.  Is that correct?  I have the same mark on a pair of pink over white cased glass vases, but the mark is acid etched.  The decoration is very similar to the blue one above.  No help, I know, but I'm wondering if the mark was applied using different methods.
