I think it is Phil Atrill, it looks like the one in his distortion range here - if it is, it says it's a one off bowl... http://www.philatrill.com/categories/1/galleries/3/images/28

 :) I thought I recognised the work. Agreed on Phil Atrill.
All his "Distortion" pieces are one-offs, they are the higher end of his oevre.
He trained with Bob Crookes.
This is an early Distortion vase, from 2005.
