Topic: Rare Matthew Turnbull Lidded Owl Jar

Bought as I was leaving this weeks Ardingly antiques show is this rare Matthew Turnbull Owl. He is in remarkable condition with only a couple of smallish chips and not battered like most.

Both parts clearly marked RD No 111661.

Weight 692gm

He's lovely, I wonder if they made them in uranium glass

Thank you, I believe they only made them in blue and clear  but you never know.
