Help please to ID this Opalescent Polar Bear

Help please to ID this bear , I think he is a polar bear. He may or may not be opalescent. He looks to have 3 or 4 layers of glass.

Length 5.5"
Height 3.75" and weighs 600gm.

I know it's polar white but it looks a little like a lesser anteater with the long shaped snout and sticky uppy ears (no idea if they always have black stripes on them though -sorry):

There are a few online listed as Barbini (no idea of this is a true identification or an attribution) that are gold cased in clear and this one has a similarly shaped black nose.  Looking at the variations there seems to be artistic license involved in the shaping of a polar bear  8)
