Has Anyone Seen an Art Glass vase like this? Any ideas?

I bought this vase in the 1980's at a local antique shop here in Tennessee. It is 10" tall and 8" wide. The alternating bands of etched glass, clear and bands of mettalic gold give it a 1960's feel. I'd appreciate any information. I've always wodered who made this and when. The color of the glass is a tobacco brown

Laeken from Belgium, or Podebrady from Czechoslovakia. It does not look in the slightest like my Briard glass...
